Sherri welcomed us with a big smile when we arrived, making us feel at home. When she asked what brought us to town, we shared that we were there for a funeral, and her response was both thoughtful and caring. In the morning, we were greeted by warm food and a friendly staff member who ensured the food was stocked and the area was clean. She was absolutely lovely—so attentive and warm! AND the food was delicious! We had such a wonderful experience, I just wish we had caught the name of the female server who helped us on the morning of 10/23/2025.

I loved the front desk staff, especially Sherrie (I believe was her name). She noted where I was from and I discovered she used to live in my state of Nevada (Reno). She gave me recommendations of fun things to do there which was dear because I’m new to Nevada. I also liked that IHG members could ask for later checkout. The mattress was amazing and the decor very nice in the room. BTW, I said “not applicable” to the services I didn’t use.

I love the cleanliness, I like the colors of the facility it is really comfortable as well. I love the beds and the pillows, that shower and the dove soap are nice. I always love the free breakfast!!!

BREAKFAST:The pancake machine had the best, fluffy pancakes. Everything was delicious LOBBY: The only thing repulsive was the aroma of the smelly air freshener. I'd say ditch it and just clean well. ROOMS: Very clean, & quiet, even though we were across from the elevator. STAFF: Cudos to the professionalism they all took pride in their work.

I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, Cherie! I could not believe that she remembered me. I had stayed here once before with my family several years ago! But she remembered and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed! She even moved her car so that we could have easier access with our infant! Cherie, is wonderful and we thank her for dedication to her guests!

Great hotel. it was a nice and clean stay. Hotel rooms were clean and beds were very comfy including the pillows. Its away from busy roads. Breakfast was great! My family loved the breakfast and also loved the indoor pool.

Breakfast was 10/10, and I loved that the open hours were long, everything was fresh and stocked up. Everything was clean and looked so nice. Staff was welcoming and super attentive
